Ather 450 Apex Launched In India At Rs 1.89 Lakh

The Athes 450 Apex is a swansong for the 450 platform and brings it’s fair share of exclusively. The bookings had already commenced last month at a nominal token amount of Rs 2,500. The deliveries for this EV are slated to begin from March 2024. The Apex has a few unique aesthetic elements which distinguish it from the 450X .

The Ather 450 Apex is one of the two scooters that the company will launch in 2024 and the other one is set to be a larger and more affordable family-oriented scooter. The model gets several upgrades over its stablemate, the Ather 450X, including a more powerful 7.0 kW/26 Nm motor as compared to the 6.4 kW unit housed in the latter.

This motor will help propel this e-scooter to surpass the 100 kmph mark, as opposed to the 450X, for which the top speed was governed at 90 kmph. That said, the Apex also gets better acceleration as it can clock 40 kmph from a standstill in just 2.9 seconds.

This flagship Ather electric scooter will share the same 3.7 kWh battery pack with the 450X albeit with an enhanced claimed range of 157 km on a single charge. it comes with an extended 5-year/60,000km battery warranty, compared to the 3-year/30,000km coverage on the 450X.

The 450 Apex carries over the same mechanicals inclutthe touch screen dashboard, but there’s a new warp+ mode instead of wrap moods. the Ather 450 Apex gets all the features that the 450X Gen 3 with Pro Pack offers. So, you get a seven-inch touch-operable TFT screen which works seamlessly and shows a plethora of information.

The 450 Apex will be available in the Indium Blue paint option and features striking transparent side panels. The Athes 450 Apex gets a transparent panel exposing the orange chassis. The additional power of the 450 Apex is supported by the capable chassis that urges you to push further at the cost of a slightly firm rear suspension. IndiGo remove fuel charges on tickets after decline in ATF prices

The fuel charge, which was introduced by the airline in early October 2023, has been removed with effect from Thursday.

The airline said the fuel charge has been withdrawn due to the recent reduction in ATF (Aviation Turbine Fuel) prices. “With recent reduction in ATF prices, IndiGo is withdrawing the charge,” the airline spokesperson said in a statement.

As ATF prices are dynamic, we will continue to adjust our fares and components thereof, to respond to any change in prices or market conditions,” IndiGo said in a statement.
Fuel cost accounts for a significant chunk of a carrier’s operational costs. The fuel charge was applicable on the airline’s domestic and international routes.

This decision comes as a relief to passengers and marks a departure from the fuel charge introduced in October 2023, in response to escalating Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) prices. As ATF prices remain dynamic, IndiGo assures passengers that the airline will continue to adjust fares and related components to promptly adapt to any fluctuations in fuel prices or market conditions.

The fuel charge introduced in October ranged between ₹300 and ₹3,500, depending on the distance to the destination. on Monday notified a reduction in the price of the jet fuel in Delhi by ₹4,162.5 or 3.9% per kl to ₹101,993.17, the third straight monthly reduction in ATF prices.

The Raas, a dance performed in devotion to Lord Krishna, was organised on a large scale from December 23(2023) to 24 (2023), to pay an ode to Usha, the daughter of Banasur and granddaughter-in-law of lord Krishna, according to Hindu mythology.

In Hindu mythology, Usha is said to be the daughter of Banasur, a king and devotee of Lord Krishna. She is known as the wife of Aniruddha, the grandson of Lord Krishna, whose love story finds itself beautifully described in the Bhagawat Purana. It is said that Usha saw Aniruddha in her dreams, without knowing who he was.

The Maha Raas, also known as the divine dance, celebrates the cosmic union of Lord Krishna and his consort Radha. Dressed in red sarees and adorned with traditional jewelry, the women transformed into a single, pulsating wave of devotion as they danced in synchronised circles around an idol of Lord Krishna.

The Maha Raas which created history was organised at a large campus of ACC Cement company, known as the Nanddham campus. According to reports, the performers were gifted a copy of the holy text Bhagwat Gita after the performance. Complaint against Ranbir Kapoor for allegedly hurting religious sentiments over viral video while celebrating Christmas.

A complaint has been filed against actor Ranbir Kapoor and his family members in Mumbai for allegedly hurting religious sentiments.

The complaint was filed on Wednesday by one Sanjay Tiwari at Ghatkopar police station through his lawyers Ashish Rai and Pankaj Mishra., according to news agency PTI Tiwari claimed that in the video the actor is seen pouring liquor on cake and setting it on fire while saying “Jai Mata Di”.

The video was taken at the Kapoor family’s annual Christmas lunch and it grabbed a lot of eyeballs on the internet.

The complaint has been filed by Bombay High Court’s advocates Ashish Rai and Pankaj Mishra in which they have demanded to register a case under sections 295A, 298,500 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

No First Information Report (FIR) has been registered in the case yet.

LEE SUN-KYUN WAS FOUND DEAD AT 48 ON WEDNESDAY

Lee was found dead in a car in a central Seoul park on Wednesday, Lee had been under investigation over allegations that he had used illegal drugs.

Lee’s agency, HODU&U Entertainment, said: “There is no way to contain the sorrow and despair. We respectfully ask that you refrain from spreading false facts based on speculation… so that (Lee’s) final journey will not be unfair.”

Lee had been under investigation over allegations that he had used illegal drugs. Yonhap reports that Lee had been questioned three times by police, including for 19 hours over the weekend over his use of marijuana and psychoactive drugs. Lee is reported to have visited Seoul’s Gangnam district on multiple occasions since early this year, including last Saturday, where he allegedly took drugs.

According to Yonhap, Lee tested negative in two drug tests, one was a quick reagent test by the police and another a lab-based test by the National Forensic Service. However, the hostess who accused Lee maintained her claims. So, Lee requested the police to conduct a polygraph test to find out who is lying. Lee’s lawyer told Yonhap, “The National Forensic Service’s drug test should have been positive if she was telling the truth, but it was negative. Lee is in a very unjust situation, so a lie detector test should be done on both of them to scientifically confirm who is lying and who is not.”
